I feel like I've just arrived but one
month has been and gone!
I have already experienced so many amazing
and somewhat bizarre things! I've climbed a mountain,
attended a Chinese Wedding, been to a rock club, ate so called'
delicacies like duck's neck and chicken's feet and so much
more!
I am starting to embrace the culture,
Xi'an almost feels like home! The scenery is beautiful, the
weather is hot, and the people will do anything to accommodate
you and make you feel welcome.
Teaching is exciting and very interesting,
the Chinese have a very traditional way of learning, and the
students are really passionate about learning to speak our
language, I have also had a go at learning theirs. As difficult
and frustrating as it is I am determined that I will be able
to string a sentence together by the end of my stay.

but it's hard to describe the way it feels, you just have to
be here!
