TEACHING FACILITATORS
Maximum working hours shall be 20 hours direct supervision
of students plus a further 17 hours on general duties. The
working week will be no more than 5 days but may include Saturday
and/or a Sunday. Any additional time spent in the direct supervision
of students will be paid at double time as will any work done
with students at holiday times.
Teaching Facilitators will be entitled
to payment at the rate of RMB2500 to RMB4000 per calendar
month clear of all deductions.
